David McCalden bio updated

We've expanded and improved the biographical information about David McCalden, given the interest in this year's Halloween contest. Also, we're now making available another one of McCalden's booklets, Exiles from History, which is linked from his biography along with his piece, The Amazing, Rapidly-Shrinking 'Holocaust'. A version of this biographical information is set to appear in an upcoming issue of Bradley Smith's "Smith's Report." A report on our latest Halloween contest is also slated for "Smith's Report."
